On behalf of the team, I would like to welcome you to BLOS after school sports centre Van den Endelaan in Hillegom! We used to be part of Wonderland childcare. As of 1 April, we have merged with BLOS childcare.
Is your child crazy about sports and exercise? Then our after school sports centre is the solution! Our after school care centre is centrally located in Hillegom, in the building of the football and handball association S.V. Hillegom. Here we have lots of space for all kinds of sports. We go outside as much as possible and when the weather is bad, we move to our indoor space in the clubhouse. This way we can play sports and exercise in all seasons.
At our after school sports centre, your child will be introduced to a different sport every day, such as athletics, judo, boxing, gymnastics, golf, hockey, rugby, lacrosse, fencing, swimming, basketball, table tennis, handball, capoeira and climbing. The children are encouraged to think about the sports programme. We also provide empowerment training. This teaches your child to be aware of and set boundaries, to be mindful of others, to stand up for themselves and to work together. All activities are supervised by experienced sports instructors.
At the after school care centre, your child can also take swimming lessons. This gives you as a parent more time to do something else with your child on your day off. During the holidays, we organise fun sports clinics. Here, think of regular sports such as football, handball and hockey, but also less mundane sports such as fencing, archery, and pétanque. The days (or evenings) at the after school sports centre of BLOS childcare whizz by!
When you pick up your child at the end of the day, you can park your car for free in the parking space. When you cross the bridge you will arrive at the sports field.
In consultation, children from schools other than those mentioned above can also be placed at our after school care centre. We will then also pick up the children from school.

Our after school care centre has room for 22 children. After the communal snack and drink time, your child can choose which activity to participate in. The group leader is you and your child's standard point of contact.
