The European privacy legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), has been in force since 25 May 2018. To BLOS childcare protecting your privacy is very important. Therefore, we make the efforts necessary to ensure the protection of your personal data and that of your child. Both your child and your personal data are in good hands with us.
Digitalization makes securing systems increasingly important. We have organized our company and our systems in a way to ensure your data is well protected. Only employees who need access to your personal details, can view your data. And if we share your details with a third party, this is only to optimize our service to you. We ensure contracts are in place with these third parties, to make sure their security policy is at least as good as ours. In no circumstances will we sell your data. And if you choose to no longer use our services, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires a specific retention period.
The General Data Protection Regulation (In Dutch: Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (AVG)) also gives you more rights. For example, you have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Read more about this in our full Privacy Statement. If you still have any questions, please let us know via [email protected].
